Who We Are
Liz Lemon
Co-Founder & Principal
Liz is a capital markets veteran with over 25 years of experience in investor relations and capital markets across public and pre-IPO technology companies.
She began at Cisco Systems, where she spent six years as Director of Investor Relations and was the primary contact for the company's financial analysts and large investors. At VMware she conceived and built one of Silicon Valley's first thought leadership platforms, featuring the company's bench of principal engineers as public-facing advocates in support of the investment thesis. In 2013 she founded West Park Communications, helping technology CEOs, CFOs and CTOs simplify complex stories for the capital markets, and served as Wall Street communications and positioning strategist on the Arista Networks IPO. She then joined Pure Storage as VP of Finance and Development, working with the CEO and CFO on investment thesis development through the company's IPO and its first years public. At Allen & Company she was a Managing Director in Capital Markets, where her tenure spanned IPOs and capital raises from $185 million to $425 million.
Having made the case as a banker and defended it every quarter as an operator, Liz brings both sides of the investor conversation to every engagement. She has held Series 7 and 63 licenses and earned a B.A. in Sociology from Mills College.
Keith Ferguson
Co-Founder & Principal
Keith is a Wall Street veteran with nearly 30 years of experience as an institutional investor across industrial, consumer, and technology businesses. Keith brings an investor lens to his work counseling management teams on the growth strategies and performance characteristics that define the world's most successful businesses.
Most recently, he served as a Founding Partner at TimesSquare Capital Management, a fundamental research-driven investment firm focused on small- and mid-sized growth companies. Previously, Keith held key roles as a Director at Alkeon Capital Management, a technology-focused hedge fund, and as a Vice President at Loomis, Sayles, a prominent institutional investment firm.
Keith's perspective as an investor and advisor uniquely positions him to partner with management teams on company valuations and strategic growth. He guides critical business decisions, aligns companies with investor perspectives, and crafts compelling investment theses.
Keith is a CFA and has an MBA from New York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University.
Tim Daubenspeck
Co-Founder &
Principal
Tim has over 25 years of Wall Street experience. He spent the last five years as a Senior Managing Director at Teneo, and a Partner and Head of Brunswick’s domestic Strategic Investor Relations practice. He has advised clients across multiple sectors on matters including investment thesis development, IPOs, restructuring and activism, M&A, divestitures, and investor days.
During his 20-year investing career, Tim was a portfolio manager and senior equity analyst at ClearBridge Investments. As Chairman of the ClearBridge Proxy Committee, with over $140 billion in voting power, he negotiated extensively with CEOs and board members to ensure company actions aligned with shareholder interests. Prior to ClearBridge, Tim was a senior sell-side analyst covering technology for Pacific Crest Securities and SG Cowen Securities.
His insights have been featured in publications including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Barron’s, and he has appeared on CNBC and Bloomberg.
Tim began his career as a technical software consultant at IBM Global Services. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Franklin and Marshall College.
